I ordered the new refresher down the street from this location, and i did not like the flavor, this dunkin was on my way to work, which I do EMS, and could not be late for. I asked politely if they can replace it , showed the receipt of my purchase, and the woman at the register was rude and dismissive and refused to replace it. Its a refresher that's made up of mostly water, nothing was coming out of your pocket. Growing up running a family business as well, one thing we prioritize is treating customers with respect. Absolutely amazes me how low one can be. Do better Dunkin.

She was aggressively slamming on the screen the whole time and made the interaction uncomfortable from start to finish. Definitely not the kind of service customers should expect. If I can give 0 stars just for her I would.

God is watching everything brother learn to respect others
