    I visited this location specifically to redeem a reward that was showing in my Häagen-Dazs app. The employee told me it wasn't working and said it appeared to be "fake," even though I've successfully redeemed rewards before. Instead of helping troubleshoot the issue, I was told to pay full price. I understand technical issues happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of effort to resolve it and left feeling a bit taken advantage of.
