- TBT BJul 21, 20265.0This Dunkin Donuts is Spotless - Happy - Fresh. We were greeted with a big smile and service was fast. The coffee tasted fresh because it was... they follow the schedule as to when to make New! Good Coffee - Clean and Happy then...Go here!

I can't remember a single time we've been here where there wasn't a sense of hostility from the workers. Today was the last time we will ever be going to this location. My wife asked for a specific 'cloud' drink from the menu, plain and simple. When the worker plugged in a bunch of random stuff on the order, my wife politely reiterated the cloud drink. This immediately triggered a flustered, mocking and hostile response from the worker on the other end of the drive-thru, essentially trying to guilt us because she has "so many buttons, it gets hard". It is significant to mention we were the only customer at the time. I don't know where the franchiser is finding these workers; maybe a nearby half-way house, but this location is a borderline Waffle House. Shut it down.

I ordered a coffee, and my three little kids in the back asked for donuts, so I politely asked if they had any left. The woman at the window immediately had an attitude and said “no” so my little one in the back asked for Munchkins & her response was “We literally have nothing left, everything is thrown out, We literally close in 10 minutes.” Even though i was there 20 minutes before closing . I understand if everything was already thrown out for the night, but it was the way she spoke to me that bothered me. She seemed annoyed from the second I got there just because I came close to closing time. I still said thank you when she gave me my coffee, and she just gave me an annoyed “mm-hmm.” Customer service goes a long way.

I have had my orders messed up a couple of times, and while I do understand mistakes happen, its how the crew handles it with the customer makes a lot of difference.
