  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this honestly bothered me. I went through the drive-thru around 8:39 PM Last night, and they close at 9. I ordered a coffee, and my three little kids in the back asked for donuts, so I politely asked if they had any left. The woman at the window immediately had an attitude and said “no” so my little one in the back asked for Munchkins & her response was “We literally have nothing left, everything is thrown out, We literally close in 10 minutes.” Even though i was there 20 minutes before closing . I understand if everything was already thrown out for the night, but it was the way she spoke to me that bothered me. She seemed annoyed from the second I got there just because I came close to closing time. I still said thank you when she gave me my coffee, and she just gave me an annoyed “mm-hmm.” Customer service goes a long way.

  Absolutely awful, the last 4 times I have gone there something is always wrong or not good. Today was the worst at the drive through they didn’t wait for me to even pull up before asking for my order then they couldn’t here me and got it completely wrong after actually pulling up to the speaker did they get it correct, I pull up to the window for my order I get my coffee and the girl behind the window tells me to have a nice day I didn’t get food I ordered I tell her she isn’t paying much attention because she’s too busy playing with a child running behind the counter and tells me the other person will get it when it’s ready but it’s sitting right behind her already done not sure if the person next to her was new or he either didn’t hear her or had no clue what she said. He takes the initiative to look at bag and my order on the screen and realizes it’s mine and give it to me and I drive away but that’s not it I was in a rush because the had a line so I didn’t open my coffee until I arrived at work at it is wrong I adjust so annoyed because this isn’t the first second or even third time at the Dunkin.

  Awesome customer service! I visit them daily and they know my order before I order it. Very friendly and appreciate the business.Many other Dunkin donuts I could go to but,I rather visit them.
