  very unsatisfied with the service and employees being rude. very confused w the customer service especially Preyaben had a very rude tone with us when we were checking out and giving us attitude and looks the whole time. there were no issues with any other staff except her. extremely unprofessional

  I went in and the customer beside me told the worker that she was on her 30 and skipped me to do her order. The worker knew exactly what he was doing and skipped me right in front of my face. Super rude. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

  Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. The line was extremely long, and only one person was actually serving customers—and working very slowly. Meanwhile, another employee was just standing behind the counter watching the long line instead of stepping in to help. It was frustrating to see so many customers waiting while there seemed to be no urgency or teamwork. Definitely not the kind of service I expected from Chipotle. I should give minus review for this store

  First Chipotle I've ever been to that refused to give me extra chicken when they had a full tub of it in the back after requesting. No other chipotle store does that and this one is always out of something and has awful speed of service. You are an hour from closing you can spare me one scoop of your mobile order chicken and there was no one in the store. Genuinely had never happened to me at the Avenel, Edison, or Clark locations. Last time choosing this one, coming from someone who loves Chipotle.

  Disappointing service decline at my go-to Chipotle. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for 5 years, visiting every 2–3 weeks, because the food and service are usually great. However, this afternoon's visit was a disaster due to the new staff. There were only 4–5 people in line, yet the male staff member behind the food counter still tried to take multiple orders at once, completely messed them up, and then blamed the customers. Worse, the female cashier went straight from mopping floors and wiping tables to handling cash and bagging food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Hygiene and customer service seem to have plummeted with this new crew. As a long-time regular, I hope the owner or management takes immediate action to properly retrain this staff.
