  When you see a Jamaican grandma in the kitchen is going to be fire 🔥🔥🔥 food was amazing and OXTAIL EGG ROLLS THIS IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE ADVERTISED MORE OFTEN I DON'T KNOW OF ANY CARIBBEAN SPOT IN THE PHILLY AREA THAT HAS THIS THEY MIGHT WANT TO PROMOTE IT MORE

  I was skeptical....I went here based off a friend's review. She said the food was amazing. She was right! The customer service was top tier (chefs kiss). "Tal-man" in my Jamaican voice was such a nice guy. Because it was my first visit he walked me thru their food selection based on my heat level and taste buds. I chose the brown-stew chicken. It was beyond delicious! And the cabbage, rice and peas...fresh! Such flavor through out. The portion was bountiful! I thought maybe he was just being kind. But looking at other reviews, this is what they do. I believe they do everything WITH LOVE. Im a looker of establishment and cleanliness. This is not some bougie uppity place. It's a homey place that transforms you to a "back-home" kitchen. I kept waiting to see if Mother or grand mother was coming from behind the counter. It's authentic in its establishment and clean. While I was there, they were cleaning for the day. I smiled. I was offered a hibiscus 🌺 homemade healthy drink. I got a whole synopsis of how good this drink would be for my health. I was given a taste to see if my buds could handle the natural flavor. Delicious and Healthy?? This can't be. That drink flushed my body out so well. I felt amazing afterward. I'll be back. But im coming with friends and family that I know would enjoy. Don't think about.. Just go.

  Folks, I don’t like to trash restaurants with out reason but avoid this place please. I ordered online. Walk inside and not only is it filthy but the music is so loud the counter person couldn’t hear me, I couldn’t hear them and they get mad because I told them I couldn’t hear them. Make it make sense. The food was trash and that’s where it ended up. Please spend your money somewhere else.
