One time, another customer accidentally took our order, and a worker quickly chased him outside and told him he had the wrong order then gave us our order. The burgers and fries are yummy.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
