  1 star. Knew why my burrito fell apart, argued anyway. Look at the photos. Guac spilling out, barbacoa falling out the top, tortilla split down the middle. Not a burrito, a mess on the wrapper. Asked the manager for a discount. Their fix? Double wrap the same exploded burrito. Then they admitted the cause: too much juice. So I said, drain the meat before wrapping it. They laughed and asked “how.” You just diagnosed your own mistake and laughed at the fix. And good luck finding a clean table. Place was basically empty and every surface was dirty, crumbs and stains everywhere, nowhere to sit and eat. Not busy, just not maintained. How do you run a burrito chain and not train your people to roll a burrito? That’s the one thing. If you can’t do that, you may as well not sell them

  I ordered catering for work and due to time constraints I had to personally go to restaurant to speak to the manager to help me. I talked to Vilma Lopes and she resolved my problem. She had to do some manual overrides and communicated with me all throughout until I picked up my order. As promised to me, the next day, the order was ready and complete. Everybody at work was happy with their lunch. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done. I gave them a good tip :-) . Will order at this place again if we crave Chipotle.

  For a new location, this has been a disappointing experience. I’m a loyal Chipotle customer, and about 65% of the time I visit this location, something is missing. Whether it’s no lemonade at the drink station, no salad dressing for salads or bowls, consistently small portions that force customers to pay for double meat just to get a reasonable serving, or no white or brown rice available at the serving line while those same items are still being used to fulfill online orders. It also seems that later in the day, the restaurant either runs out of key ingredients or is reluctant to prepare fresh food because it’s close to closing time. As a loyal customer, I expect a more consistent experience, especially from a brand like Chipotle. I hope management addresses these issues so this location can provide the level of service, food quality, and consistency that customers expect.

  I didn’t even get the guacamole because it was handled correctly or was sitting out too long because it was a grey color and not green. The steak had mostly fatty pieces. There was no chipotle honey chicken available. Also, the portion was not “generous” as advertised.

  Unfortunately there is no negative stars on google. Been to Chipotle's where quantity is very low, quality is poor, or they mess up the order however this was whole another level. Unbelievable that they managed to achieve all of those. Skimping on every ingredient in the bowl, not adding fajita veggies, just trace elements of chicken, cheese and sour cream. On top of that the chicken and rice were half cooked. Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
