  I have ordered from this Papa John’s through DoorDash several times over the last year. I had stopped for awhile cus the quality was terrible. I ordered today and sure enough. There was Not enough cheese on the pizza so you have bubbling of the crust with nothing on it in some areas. Also I never get my extra sauce when I ordered it for the cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were dry and hard and look mangled. The food presentation looked like someone made it out of anger and frustration. This is extremely unacceptable. They will not get my money ever again.

  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at the Papa Johns on Stokes Road. The food was horrible. I specifically selected well done for the pizza, yet what I received was so undercooked and doughy that we could barely even pull the slices apart. The crust and dough were sticking together instead of separating normally. For a pizza that was specifically ordered well done, that’s ridiculous. Unfortunately, the food was only part of the problem. The cleanliness and food-handling practices I observed were far more concerning. There were flies landing on both uncooked and cooked food, and the kitchen itself looked dirty and poorly maintained. I also watched employees handle cash and the cash register and then go back to handling food without washing their hands. I did not observe the basic handwashing and sanitation practices you would expect from a restaurant preparing food for the public. Between the practically raw, doughy pizza, flies around the food, dirty kitchen, and lack of proper handwashing that I personally observed, we completely lost our appetite. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I won’t be returning to this location. Food quality can occasionally miss the mark, but basic cleanliness, sanitation, and properly cooking the food shouldn’t be optional.

  Razor thin slices that still happened to be uncooked on the bottom, cut without care and stuffed in a box pushing the crust over the pizza. Raw dough throughout the pizza. Not related but still, doordash driver did not deliver our drink that was ordered with it. Doordasher left Pizza on the floor on top of a Amazon package and didn't even bother knocking or ring the doorbell. To clarify, pizza was ordered through Papa John's app but delivery was handled via doordash. I called and complained and the associate their advised me that it will be refunded when the manager comes in.

  Worst experience: food never arrived and arrogant manager said it was already delivered (3 hours late and no confirmation). My order still shows preparing. Despite all the messages from DoorDash that the order was cancelled due to not being fulfilled the manager said it there was nothing she can do. The food was ordered through PapaJohns not DoorDash! She gave the excuse of a pizza delayed 2+ hours as a ‘mad rush’ and blamed the door dashers. Never ever would I return!

  They will tell you with a straight face your order will take 5 minutes then make you wait 25 more, maybe close the store if you can’t find anyone to work for the piece of trash location?
