We order Papa John’s for the sauce and they never send it. Pizza sucks but dipped in the sauce it’s not bad drunk. I talked to store manager and all he did was sigh on the phone. Guy clearly gets beat up daily by customers and also works at Papa John’s so could care less. JUST INCLUDE MY GARLIC SAUCE YA BUMS.

I visited Papa John’s Medford store yesterday the 05 Sept 26. I was greeted by both Employees with big smiles and warm greeting. They Daysha said the pizzas were about ready and Ismael said they were best papa John’s pizzas ever. Though the visual atmosphere is very basic the employees personality was amazing and bright. For being a first time visitor at this location they made me feel like I have been a patron for years. Then when I got home and the family started eating the pizzas, all I can say is absolutely amazing. I asked for extra sauce and cheese and that’s exactly what we got. Unlike other chains when you ask for extra, you can’t even tell. Absolutely will make the drive again even if it is 35 minutes away, it was well worth the exceptional customer service and getting the pizzas as ordered, actually above expectations.

There was an error with my food and they helped correct the issue and were kind and patient while doing so. Thank you!

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at the Papa Johns on Stokes Road. The food was horrible. I specifically selected well done for the pizza, yet what I received was so undercooked and doughy that we could barely even pull the slices apart. The crust and dough were sticking together instead of separating normally. For a pizza that was specifically ordered well done, that’s ridiculous. Unfortunately, the food was only part of the problem. The cleanliness and food-handling practices I observed were far more concerning. There were flies landing on both uncooked and cooked food, and the kitchen itself looked dirty and poorly maintained. I also watched employees handle cash and the cash register and then go back to handling food without washing their hands. I did not observe the basic handwashing and sanitation practices you would expect from a restaurant preparing food for the public. Between the practically raw, doughy pizza, flies around the food, dirty kitchen, and lack of proper handwashing that I personally observed, we completely lost our appetite. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I won’t be returning to this location. Food quality can occasionally miss the mark, but basic cleanliness, sanitation, and properly cooking the food shouldn’t be optional.
