  My go-to McDonalds cause I live locally and most of the time the orders are fine but every now and then something gets missed or forgotten. Because of the location it gets busy and the staff is generally nice. I got through the drive thru and use the app so im not sure how the inside atmosphere is.

  They were slammed, but they were working very hard. There was a minor error with our order and it was made right immediately. Eric was great. He made everything right and is doing amazing great job managing a difficult night.

  Kinda weird to start off a drive thru order with “hi are you using the mobile app today?” And then when I proceed to say i’m here to pick up a DoorDash order, and also would like to place an order for myself, I’m told that I can’t order. “Uhhhh… not right now” was the exact response I received. 4/4 @ 11:19pm. I do get that it’s late. But it says you guys are open till 1 AM. I get it maybe they were short staffed and just didn’t feel like making another order or something. But that’s honestly no way to respond to someone, whether a DoorDash driver, or a customer, or both. Part that makes no sense is that they started off by asking me pretty much if I was ordering or placing an order with the mobile app. So why would they then say that I can’t place an order? Or even tell me that you know like I would have to maybe go back through the drive-through to place my order after I pick up the DoorDash order? Huge thumbs down. The cashier was also very rude to me When I got to the window to pick up the DoorDash order.
