So friendly & helpful. I go once in a while for Cheap Chicken Mondays, sooooo good!!! Store is not over crowded which is nice & parking is easy.

I’m just the customer that doesn’t say a word and never comes back. With that being said, my experiences at the Acme in Medford, NJ have been horrible and just thought someone needs to know about it. I don’t have time to list every individual incident but this morning (around 8am) a customer service rep had to assist me with a purchase I was making at self check. When I explained some of the items I had a 30% off tag, she very disrespectfully proceeded to tell me “It would be easier if I went to a lane with a cashier.” Which is true. I did look for an open lane and didn’t see anyone. I started to explain that to her when she barked that “There was a lane open.”Just then, a cashier did show up. I didn’t see him cause he wasn’t at his post till I started my transaction. Before I could explain that, she very disrespectfully stated “There’s always a lane open.” (Which isn’t the case at all!!) It literally took me every ounce of my well being from totally flipping out and making a huge scene. This is the second time an associate has disrespected me and I’m tired of it. I’m tired of that store never having what they advertise (try getting chicken after 5pm on cheap chicken mondays) and quite frankly, the whole app thing to get coupons and discounts sucks. So, in closing, I’m sure not everyone who works at/for Acme is a bad person but unfortunately the ones who are, have forced me to look for groceries at other stores as I will never shop at any Acme stores anymore.
