- AMAna MedinaMay 8, 20261.0I used to order online from this place and never had any issues, but this was my first time trying to place an order in person, and the experience was very disappointing. I arrived with five young children. We needed a couple of minutes to decide what to order, and there were no other customers waiting at the time. I politely asked for a moment, but the employee simply looked at us without saying anything and then went to the back with the other workers. Less than two minutes later, I said we were ready to order. Instead of helping us, the employee ignored us and focused on asking customers coming through the door whether they were picking up orders. Then the phone rang, and he answered it without acknowledging us at all. I honestly don’t understand what kind of customer service this is. Making customers wait unnecessarily and completely ignoring them is unacceptable. The employee seemed upset after I asked for a minute, and at that point I no longer felt comfortable ordering food for my family because I was worried about how our order would be handled. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The business lost a large order for seven people because of poor customer service. Very disappointing experience.

They took 20 minutes and I walked out without my food, and I was the only person in the restaurant the restaurant was filthy and the staff were all filthy. I was actually happy. They took 20 minutes and walked out without eating. I’m sure I saved myself. Food poisoning. Definitely would not go here ever this place will not be in business for long. I don’t know how it’s been in business this long.

Fridge inside was filthy customers can see inside the fridge when we are on the side of the main counter in the pick up area. Not a healthy place to eat. Never got a Hi or a smile from them.

Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
