- MHMary HowardJul 25, 20261.0There were 4 kinds of donuts and this was at 3 pm. The inside of the store was horrendously dirty. I waited 15 minutes for 2 regular coffees with milk and sugar. Kicker I asked for ice to cool my drink down and was told the ice was a dollar. I said I don't need a cups worth just two or three cubes, the cashier said $1.07. 6 donuts and 2 small coffees, worst 15 I've ever spent. I wouldn't let my enemies eat here.
- KKkarynJul 15, 20261.0Today I have placed a mobile order 3 times since I did not go through on my end that I have ordered it. When I arrived I have said at the drive through that I ordered it multiple times and that I just wanted the donuts, the person said “we got your order” and told me the donuts they have. I was fine with that part, but when I pulled up they had all 3 of the orders together. It was my fault for not coming to just ask when ordering the first time, but when I said I only needed one of the half dozen donuts, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Another girl came and we explained the situation again, and when asked for a refund she said “I don’t use mobile order” and just left the window. I was sorry for making them do all that work, but the attitude was unnecessary and rude. Please train these employees how to use the mobile app. Also, in general make the app better so the orders go through on both of our ends.
