- JKJoan Kurtz2 days ago5.0I ordered a whole sheet cake yesterday last minute over the phone for my sister‘s birthday and they did it with no problem and it was absolutely the most beautiful cake and the most delicious cake. Everyone raved about it thank you thank you so much.

- CKCassandra KattenAug 31, 20261.0My latest shopping experience at the Hamilton township acme was absolutely terrible. They installed automatic theft preventing gates right in front of the entrance/exit doors that immediately make the store uncomfortable and harder to traverse. They are right next to the check out area so people kept setting off the extremely loud alarm on accident, it happened 3 times while I was just trying to pay for my items. The restrooms are not well maintained, the toilet and floor were both covered in what I can only assume to be urine, the walls were visibly dirty, and the toilet paper was not inside the holder but placed on top of it, where it could be exposed to bodily fluids and dust. Prices for items continually go up, but despite that the store seems to be consistently understaffed. I was using the app for digital coupons and did not receive a discount on two of my items despite meeting the requirements for it, and I was unable to ask an associate for assistance because there was only one present and she was stuck taking a growing line of customers. Overall this was the most opinion defining and worst experience I have ever had at a grocery store.
