    This place is an absolute joke. $15 for garbage quality is theft. Rock hard stale roll. No oil vinegar or mayo. They couldn't even cut it in half. Gimme a break. Completely inedible due to the hardness of the roll. Might as well flush money down the toilet.

    The shrink-flation of your sandwiches has been very noticeable during our last 3 visits. I'd rather you raise prices to keep the roll to meat ratio reasonable. This may have been my last purchase at your store.

    There it is, layered in perfect primo hoagie emblem wrap and covered in sesame seeds. Great options, amazing customer service and the nostalgia is still there!

    I did not have a good experience at this location. In fact, I have to call them as soon as they open. I live right down the street a this is our first time trying this location. We weren’t hesitant bc we know primo hoagies are good. However, this location let us down big time. I placed an online order that never went through, so when I went to pick up I had to reorder which wasn’t a big deal, I had the time to wait and they were quick making them. My boyfriend thought too quick, and he was right. I was SO SPECIFIC with the order and the fact that my boyfriend’s sandwich cannot have tomatoes and onions. We got home and of course, both sandwiches had onions and tomatoes, my sandwich had the pickles and peppers on the sandwich that I asked for on the side, there was BARELY anything in the sandwich and the bread was hard. I took them back, I had to explain the problems with the sandwiches and they seemed dumbfounded. They did remake the sandwiches but they weren’t good. Barely anything inside again and hard bread. Now to get to the worst part. When I went back the second time I showed her that I was charged for the order that never went though and again for the order I placed in the store, which by the way was the exact same order but different prices, I’m assuming a charge for online ordering? It was a good $8 difference though. Anyway she told me since it’s still pending it will just cancel out. Wake up today and both payments cleared. I bet it won’t be easy to get the money back. I won’t be going here again. *update: I called when they opened and the girl said she would take my information and the manager would look into it and call me after lunch. I asked her what information she needs and she said “uhh I guess the last 4 digits of your card number” which didn’t give me much hope. I gave her my information and wasn’t surprised when I didn’t get a call back. So I called again around 1:30-2 and spoke to young man who told me “we’re still busy from lunch we will call you back” by 6:00 I knew I wasn’t getting a call and these high school kids don’t care so I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. Believe the bad reviews about this place.
