I ordered a dinner through Door Dash of prime rib for my Mother's Day dinner after working a 9 hour day. It showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The baked potato was really good, the broccoli was good too. The prime rib was so chewy, I was not able to eat it. The one meal i paid a small fortune for and all I could enjoy were the sides. I will NEVER order from here again. Very, very disappointed.

Food was good but took a ridiculous amount of time, came in at lunch there were maybe a total of 8 parties including us sitting. Ticket time was 35 minutes minimum. Service was okay and manager was very nice. Food just took too long

OutBack was amazing! Food was delicious, and the service was immaculate! The workers were all super nice and down to earth, even when we got there near closing time they were totally chill about and treated very well! 10/10 would definitely recommend! 👍🏽

I haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in over 20 years and was extremely impressed by the service and quality of food at the Marlton, NJ location. Our server was amazing and the quality of food was excellent.

I’m disappointed to say that my sister and I will not be returning to this location after tonight. From the moment we sat down through the entire meal, including the service, it was a poor experience overall. It started when we attempted to order drinks. We are both over 21, but my sister only had a photo of her ID. While I understand policies, we were told neither of us could order drinks because she didn’t have a physical ID, even though I was willing to retrieve mine from the car. We’ve encountered similar situations before and were able to proceed without issue, but we accepted it and moved on. We ordered the usual three-course meal. The chili, which we’ve had many times before, was our first course and was extremely spicy—so much so that neither of us could eat it. When we sent it back, I requested an extra side of mashed potatoes and my sister asked for a salad. We were told the chili is not made in-house, which was surprising given that it has always been consistent in the past. For our main course, we both ordered steak (hers with fries). There seemed to be confusion when I requested an additional side of mashed potatoes, as the waitress questioned the order and had to go back to get it. Unfortunately, the food quality did not improve. The fries were excessively salty, as if too much salt had been accidentally added, and both steaks were overwhelmingly peppered—again, to the point of being difficult to eat. At that point, we had multiple dishes—the chili, fries, and steaks—that were all overly seasoned and essentially inedible. Despite this, we are not the type to complain, so we paid the $67 bill (before tip), which felt like a complete waste given that the only items we were able to eat were the salad, mashed potatoes, bread, and dessert. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning. Between the poor service, lack of common sense, and completely inedible food, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Save your money and go somewhere else.
