Five Stars all the Way and Definitely Way to Go!
After recently moving to Marlton, I realized it was time to truly embrace my new community. For a while, I continued driving back to my familiar neighborhood in West Berlin to shop and dine. A few weeks ago, I made the decision to support the businesses closer to my new home, and that led my family to the McDonald’s on Route 70 in Marlton.
What a wonderful decision it turned out to be.
During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Vahide and Lawrence, and they immediately set the tone for what has become one of the most enjoyable fast food experiences we’ve had. They were warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely appreciative of every customer who walked through the doors.
The entire restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, inviting, and well maintained. The atmosphere is enhanced by great music playing throughout the restaurant, creating an enjoyable environment that makes you want to stay a little longer. Even when there was a brief wait, the team sincerely apologized and kept customers informed, something you don’t often experience at a fast food restaurant.
Let’s be honest. Most people visit McDonald’s because they want a quick, affordable meal. Five star customer service is not usually what people expect. This team completely changed that expectation.
Every employee contributed to the outstanding experience. The team members preparing food, cleaning the dining room, assisting customers, and keeping everything running smoothly all deserve recognition. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect exceptional leadership behind the scenes. Great leadership creates great teams, and great teams create loyal customers. It is evident that the culture established by management is carried out by every member of the staff.
I was especially impressed that team members took the time to recommend affordable menu options and specials instead of simply taking an order. That level of engagement shows they truly care about serving customers well.
Families will also appreciate the children’s play area. It is clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Even while routine cleaning was taking place, everything remained organized and welcoming. The child sized restroom facilities are a thoughtful addition that demonstrates attention to the needs of families with young children.
Upper management should know that the people working on the front lines are what truly bring the McDonald’s brand to life. Buildings, signs, and menus may attract customers once, but it is the people who make them return again and again.
Thank you to Vahide, Lawrence, and every member of the team for consistently creating an experience that exceeds expectations. I am proud to give this McDonald’s on Route 70 in Marlton a well deserved five star review and look forward to many more visits.
