I do have an issue: My [and my recently departed wife's] absolute favorite selection at Franco's was the rib-eye Sandwich. Just don't understand why it was removed from the menu. Frankly the absence of that item is probably why we [now I] frequent Ragazzi's. Is there any chance you will offer it in the future?

Tonight's special, Fettucine Milanese, was a pound of pasta with about four ounces of rubbery beef on top, but described as slices of ribeye. I am not counting the two ounces of fat and gristle that they threw in as a bonus at no extra charge. My wife's chicken was in a similarly sorry state. Now for the service: I asked my waitress if I could order the Fettucine without the peppers because of a stomach issue. She assured me that I could, repeated my order back to me, as well as my wife's. My wife got the wrong vegetable and my fettucine was covered with peppers. The waitress was too busy to check on us so I told the manager, who came to our table but clearly did not want to speak to us. My years long loyalty to Franco's has ended tonight. If they don't care about their customers, I don't care about them.

Very happy to report that the food is as good as ever (maybe even a little better- my wife said her eggplant parm was the best she’s ever had). Service was quick and really friendly. So happy it’s in safe hands!
