- EDEllie D'ErricoAug 3, 20263.0good dunkin but multiple times ive had an issue multiple times with placing a mobile order, going to the store, and finding it closed nearly 20 minutes before the closing time. i was not refunded for an order i never received. the place was completely closed before 7 pm. again this has happened multiple times, i think it's odd.

After making it on the other side of the counter, he took my coffee in the back room(which I didn’t notice until he came out as I was on my phone), and as he walked out holding my coffee, he had the facial expression as if he just got caught doing something malicious. I didnt think much of it until I got in my car. I opened the lid and it smelled very weird and was not a normal color so threw it out. I went back again after that incident to get donuts, and one of the guys sweeping the floor looked at me as if he knew something I didn’t know. I am positive the owners knew that the one employee did something and tried to sweep it under the rug to avoid accountability. Terrible people.
