I call back the so called supervisor says it’s in its way they are busy. I explained you don’t mark something as delivered and it’s not here and when I called to explain this all I hear is they are so over busy. That doesn’t explain why it’s saying it’s delivered but it’s not here! Then to be told 2 business days for refund! You took my money ASAP GIVE IT BACK ASAP!

Unfortunately, the employee at the register — a man wearing an earring — treated me in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner instead of helping me. I felt uncomfortable and upset by this behavior. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and equality, regardless of their language or background. What I experienced was unacceptable. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken. I hope no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Thank you.
