- MCMaggie ChanSep 20, 20261.0This is actually one of the dirtiest chipotles I’ve ever been to (which says a lot since im from NYC). Trash was overflowinggggg and the tables were so gross! Asked the manager to wipe down the table and she only wiped down one while leaving the rest still dirty. When I got my food I feel like something in my brain clicked that realized if the outside is so visibly dirty (and the workers are more than comfortable leaving it like that)…. then there’s a HIGH chance the food standards/health safety rules aren’t followed either. Ugh it gave me the shivers when I thought about it. Also sorry not sorry to the short girl behind the counter with the tattoos, but holy cow I’ve never seen slower service. Could’ve been a corpse and would’ve believed it

This location is so close to my house and I have watched its downfall over the past ten years, to the point I will never visit again. If Chipotle would ever allow franchises, I would buy this store in a hearbeat (incredible wasted location) and fire every human being involved with this place, all the way up to the manager, who has somehow destroyed it. Tables are disgusting and never wiped. Employees are slow and unattentive. Portion sizes are small, meat is burnt and overcooked. If it wasnt a chipotle it would be out of business in two months. It's comical how bad this place is run, I will make it a personal goal of mine to get Chipotle corporate involved to return this place to its former glory.

Even their own employees were leaving food around on their break, just the sign of a store that is poorly run and has no leadership.
