Even their own employees were leaving food around on their break, just the sign of a store that is poorly run and has no leadership.

I used to love this location but now, every time I am here something within my order is wrong or unsatisfactory. Two stars because service is always quick and little line, probably due to the employees rushing you to finish your order.. I’ve worked in customer service for over 7 years and it’s sad that the employees here truly do not want to be there and don’t even try to hide it.

They are stingy with the portions, charge extra for already included items (in kids meal - charged $3 for guacamole even though we didn’t take any meat on the side). Found meat in vegetarian meal. Overall, you feel cheated to come here.

I went to the other location aka this location and they told me that they can't do anything for me. I even tried asking to ring something else in or whatever they could do and told them countless times that I came from another location that told me your open, didn't even have the nerve to offer a free bag of chips or anything for the inconvenience. I got there 9:50ish and they had 1 more bag of chips and were cleaning up, and not even a manager cane and apologized. I understand it's not the employee's fault, but if Chipotle reads this, know how bad if an experience I had and would recommend changing your damn system and let people order food on the menu in the store. I have never heard of a food chain aside from you guys that makes customers order online in the store.
