  The only disappointment is there is no heat lamp over the pita crisps (triangles) like Moorestown. They’re cold when you order them due to that.

  I ordered and payed extra for double harissa hot honey chicken and when I went to eat my bowl the chicken did not taste like harissa honey chicken. It tasted like normal chicken and I believe they gave me the wrong type of chicken when I payed extra for the harissa hot honey flavor. By the time I had picked it up and ate it I left and the restaurant closed so I could not go back. I enjoyed the bowl but the issue is I payed for something and did not get what I payed for. The single bowl was very expensive and was $20.

  Nick at the at CAVA in Marlton provided outstanding customer service. He was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. He answered my questions with patience, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s employees like Nick who make people want to come back. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Cava is my go to for a healthy quick bite. Everything is always fresh and the environment where the food is prepped/ prepared is very clean and organized. I was so excited when this location opened. I use to go to the Moorestown location and the food was good but they would some how often forget to give me the pita I specifically asked for . At this location I'm always greeted with a smile and prompt service. I appreciate this so much because I see alot of young people working in customer service positions and the service is usually lacking. The young employees here do it right! Special thanks to Nick who prepared my food today and Jonah for remembering to put my pita in the bag!!! I'll keep coming back because the food is great, healthy, affordable and the service is awesome. Cava never disappoints!

  Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a CAVA. As I walked up to order, one of the team members was standing at the prep line eating chicken out of a small sauce cup while I waited to be helped. It was a very unprofessional first impression and set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my order, the staff seemed annoyed and frustrated, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order. Toward the end, I asked for pita crisps and requested a double portion. The employee grabbed only two individual pita crisps and, in what came across as a sarcastic tone, asked, “Anything else?” The employee I interacted with was named Mairo. The other employee, who was eating at the prep line, was not wearing a name tag. I’ve always had positive experiences at CAVA, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone from management could reach out regarding this incident, as the level of professionalism and customer service during this visit was unacceptable.
