    Best Buffalo Wild Wings in NJ. Great food and excellent service. Dylan was especially attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Looks like they just squirted the sauce on my wings. Most of the wings were half bare. Wings weren't juicy. Highly disappointing. Just make your own wings

    Usually this location has good food and service . but today i was in a rush home and couldn't sit down in store which is fine so I decided to place a to-go order and from the location to my house its about a 30 min drive so I order some wings and some spicy tenders and when I got home the tenders were half gone and I thought nothing of it but they tasted not cooked enough and just not right with that being said the 6 piece wings I got were for free cuz it was my birthday 🎂.with that being said i couldn't finish the tenders the service is still great and place was still lively just hoping this dosent happen again 🙏.

    I ate here after a bad day and ordered the wild wings and blazin wings at the bar thinking I can handle the heat. I could not handle the blazin. One bite will make you curse and it'll suck so much you can't move on to the next wing. I had Jameson and Sprite since their soda gun broke. The bartender Joe is quick, but will bother you to hurry up if you stare at the menu too long to figure out what you want to order. Restaurants have fancy drinks so you can spend extra money, but it's a good idea that the bartender rushed me so I could get something simple and not waste my money, but not too strong so that I can drive home. The chicken is good here, but don't order here Door Dash! I was livid, and outright pissed off when I ordered bone-in wings and got breaded wings. My wife is gluten allergic and I'm on a low carb diet. Ordering Door Dash can get you scammed paying more money for something you didn't want. At least they gave me a refund.

    Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. My husband and I got off of work and decided to do a quick bite to eat and drink at the bar. We ordered blue moons and our bartender’s first response was “we don’t have oranges” we informed her that was fine we just want blue moons. Then when it came to ordering food we ordered buffalo chicken wrap and asked for the spice level to be hot. She responded “are you sure you want hot?” And we said yes (being we’ve had this hot sauce before at the location and enjoyed it) our bartender then opened the menu in front of us to point out the level of spice on the scale we were choosing and we again told her that’s what we want. When the food came out we started with the fries and had gone on to our second drink. Apparently we weren’t eating fast enough for her bc she came up to us and said “are you not hungry or something? You haven’t touched your food.” We informed her we were eating the fries then moving on to the wrap or packing it up later. In the meantime a guy had come in for a pickup order and decided to have a drink while he waited. She gave him attitude the whole time bc he was asking about pricing and other questions. He had his drink and went to the bathroom. She came over to us and said “I’d love to see this guy try and walk out on his bill. We get people like that all the time.” (Mind you she’s an older Italian woman and the man was black) the guy comes back to the bar to pay and she continued to give him attitude and once he paid she shouted to him “You have to sign the slip” at that point we kind of got a good impression of the kind of person she was if she was willing to be that rude to paying customers. We knew the location would be closing at 12 and it was around 11:15 and we wanted one more drink before we left. Our bartender has disappeared and by the time she came back it was just before 11:30. She came right up to us and said “can you guys pay so I can close out?” We informed her we wanted one more drink and then we can pay. She refused and said “we do last call at 11:30 so you’re not getting another drink” I showed her the time was 11:28 and we would like another drink and we’ll close out. She then said “You still have beer in your glass so I can’t even pour you another drink” I went to finish what was left in my glass (my husbands glass had been empty already) and she said “even if you chug it I’m still not pouring you another glass” I responded and let her know my husband and I had gotten off of work and just wanted to relax enjoy our food and drinks and go home. She said “ I’ve been here since 2 and I’m trying to go home and relax” mind you she works in a restaurant and sets her availability so that’s not the customers problem. She’s getting paid to be there and working on an hourly basis so more time more money and more items on the check means a higher tip so she clearly to us was just being lazy. At that point I asked for the manager and she didn’t want to get them bc she said “the manager is not going to do anything” I said I still wanted to speak to them to make them aware of the poor service and situation. We had already paid at this point and spoke with the manager informing her that we work in a restaurant too and the standards set by her employee were unacceptable and we don’t expect to get attitude from the person serving us and we are giving a tip (my husband still tipped 20% bc we know how the industry is sometimes) there was no resolution to the situation. The manager just apologized multiple times and that was kind of it. Also the bartender was shouting at us as we were speaking to the manager so that only solidified how unprofessional she was. Since she was in such a rush to leave and thought cutting us off and making us pay at 11:30 would get her home earlier we sat there until closing so she couldn’t leave. Petty I know, but the only kind of peace I could get after being treated so poorly. If this woman continues to bartend there, beware of poor service and a big attitude.
