  Not sure why all the negative reviews. I’ve been looking forward to trying this place. Did not pick the most ideal time to come through (11:30 pm), but they delivered. The food came out nice and hot, biscuits were delicious, the iced tea was the real deal, and the variety of sauces were tasty and fun to try. I can imagine that at 30 minutes to closing, the staff was probably running on fumes, but the service was friendly and professional nonetheless. I will be returning!

  Quick note for management: what management? I clearly told the manager that I was looking for my order and she ignored me and kept organizing her cups and lids for five minutes. What kind of place has managers that ignores customers? Food is good but this place is destined to fail. They lost a steady customer today. Needed fast food and got forced to wait 10 unnecessary minutes food. Only one person making a meal and was pretty slow but he made the food look lovely. Kudos for him for sure a great looking meal. A manager that gets involved would surely assist their employees at all aspects of the job. We love having a Bojangles option in our area. Hopefully they open another one nearby with some better management and customer skills.

  Tried it out for the first time. You are eating 70% fried breading, and 30% chicken. One of the tenders was literally a crumb of chicken and fried breading in the shape of a chicken tender..... I ordered, and my food was ready about a minute later. Unfortunately, it is barely even warm. I am highly disappointed, and still hungry even after ordering the biggest selection of chicken tenders they had. I was really looking for on the bone chicken, but they do not have any. Pulled my shoulder out opening the door that was stuck. I tried the other door afterwards, but it was locked closed.

  Not even open 6 months and the people they have working here are so below average. You can tell they truly do not care about their job or this establishment. The food is actually absolute trash. Nothing was fresh, the biscuits were hard as rocks. The guy taking my order had zero personality, I think his name was Antwan. They need to get better management in this newly opened restaurant because this is unacceptable and not good for business. 3pm on a Monday afternoon the food should be fresh.

  I ordered their chicken sandwich odd the paper menu in the store. I received a completely different entree z. I called the store and was told by a manager that the paper menu is out of date. Why are they still handing them to customers? It will be quite a while before I dare try that store again. I’ll give one of the other stores a try instead. Do not recommend Morganville store.
