There is a male employee at the fried chicken counter who has repeatedly treated me with disrespect, and after multiple visits, it no longer feels like a coincidence — it feels like discrimination. Today, I clearly ordered two 8-piece fried chicken meals, yet he kept repeating the order incorrectly and acted irritated when I corrected him. He handled the order in a confusing way, forcing me to ask again, and responded with obvious frustration and attitude. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, and even another staff member nearby seemed to notice something was off. This is not the first time I’ve been treated this way by him. His behavior toward me is consistently rude and dismissive, and as an Asian customer, it strongly feels like I am being singled out and treated differently because of my race. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business. Customers deserve basic respect, regardless of their background. Management needs to take this seriously, address this employee’s conduct, and ensure this does not continue. I will not return if this issue is ignored

She went above and beyond to help me find a product that is usually very hard to find and often out of stock. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such outstanding service from an Acme employee before. Kier truly stands out, and her dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a positive one!
