  I was there today 5/12/2026 at 4:18. I requested for the french fries to be well done, that the last two times i was there they were mushy...person speaking through speaker said something I could not understand. Lo and behold they were mushy again!!! McDonalds you have now lost a customer....whats so hard about keeping the fries in the oil a minute or two longer.

  I visited the McDonald's location and attempted to redeem a “Buy One Sandwich, Get One Free” coupon that I received after completing the customer survey listed on a prior receipt. The receipt (with the survey code) was issued at another McDonald’s location in Hillsborough. However, the staff member at the counter refused to accept the coupon, stating that it was not valid because it was from a different store. To my knowledge, there is no indication on the receipt that limits redemption to the original store location. Additionally, the interaction was disappointing due to the staff member’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to listen or clarify the situation. I would appreciate clarification on McDonald’s policy regarding these survey-based coupons, as well as better customer service in handling such situations.
