  We ordered two signature drinks on 6/19/26 at around 6 pm and they said no we don’t have it … we said why … between them talking in Spanish ( I understand Spanish) they said to each other just tell them blender isn’t working. Then we ordered other drinks … we wanted donuts but no donuts on display so we didn’t order anything else as it seems they didn’t want to serve us anything. As we walked out and tried our drinks all you can taste and feel was pure sugar … I went back to tell them this wasn’t mixed well one of the workers rolled her eyes and went to “stir” the drink with its own straw and gave it back to us !!!! Unbelievable how this service was … unacceptable!!!! Never going back to this location

  Terrible service , never has frozen coffee. Today they don’t even have donuts . Don’t waste your time coming here .

  Who is the manager of this location???? They clearly need to get fired! They never have donuts of any kind no matter what time you go or whenever I tried to place a refresher, they dont have it either plus employees are rude or clearly don't care about their job.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I wanted to post this as a warning to others. On 6/15/26, I purchased a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel from this Dunkin. I live in town and typically only stop here for drinks because I've often experienced what I would describe as a rude or unfriendly customer service atmosphere. Despite that, I ordered breakfast through the app and picked it up before work. While eating the sandwich at work, I bit down on something hard. It caused me to cough and spit it out, and I discovered what appears to be a bone fragment in my food. Like most customers would, I immediately tried calling the store. I then discovered the phone number listed was disconnected or inoperative. I submitted a complaint through Dunkin's website and spent nearly an hour on hold with customer service, only to be told that this location is privately owned and that the owner would contact me within two business days. I also asked what steps I should take since I had something unidentified from my food in my mouth and was concerned about potential health risks. The representative simply stated that they didn't think it carried any disease. My response was that none of us could be sure because we didn't even know exactly what the object was. The owner/manager eventually called and apologized, offering a gift card and a free coffee. While I appreciate the apology, my primary concern was identifying what I had found in my sandwich and understanding how it happened. When I asked where the sausage was sourced from, I was told they could not provide that information. I then asked if they could contact the vendor and have someone speak with me directly. I was told I would receive a call back with a resolution. A few minutes later, the same person called me back. However, while discussing my complaint, she incorrectly referred to my issue as being a bug in my sandwich, even though she was looking at and responding to my original complaint about a bone fragment. She again offered a gift card and free coffee. When I reminded her that we had just spoken about a bone fragment in my sandwich, the conversation ended quickly. I have not heard back since. I have since contacted the Somerset County Department of Health and am awaiting a response. My biggest concern is not the gift card or the coffee. It's the fact that I still don't know exactly what was in my food, and I feel the situation was not handled professionally. Finding a hard object believed to be a bone in a breakfast sandwich was a disturbing experience, and the lack of communication afterward only made it worse. I encourage customers to carefully inspect their food before eating. This was a very unpleasant and concerning experience, and I believe it could have been handled much better.

  I’ve been there multiple and to be honest there is only one worker there who has gotten my order right. I don’t understand. I can go to any other location and order the caramel iced SIGNATURE latte and get it exactly correct but for some reason manville dunkin doesn’t understand how to make it. Train your employees?
