- BBBrianna Barfield1 day ago1.0No donuts, no munchkins, and they didn’t have the proper tops for the coffees with cold foam. Couldn’t drink my coffee how I wanted to due to this. When I asked for the Tiramisu cloud latte they didn’t have the hot cocoa powder at all I was told. When I asked what did they have since it seems like a lot they didn’t have I was told “nothing”. CRAZY

I have years in the food and beverage industry, they are just playing around back there. Nasty girl with a nasty ugly customer service tactic; rushing me at the intercom to order even though no one is behind. They think it’s funny telling me to “drive up” aggressively, they will soon be humbled for the people who don’t like to be played with. I rather visit Tim Hortons or take the extra drive to not support this newly built Dunkin.

Then we ordered other drinks … we wanted donuts but no donuts on display so we didn’t order anything else as it seems they didn’t want to serve us anything. As we walked out and tried our drinks all you can taste and feel was pure sugar … I went back to tell them this wasn’t mixed well one of the workers rolled her eyes and went to “stir” the drink with its own straw and gave it back to us !!!! Unbelievable how this service was … unacceptable!!!! Never going back to this location
