First time at Manasquan, and what a pleasure when we came across Carlson‘s corner. It’s such a treat to be able to sit outside and enjoy there beautiful view watching the boats pass by . Every day on vacation we get to sit outside have a great meal, whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner, it never disappoints. .. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Also another bonus is the Little play area for our granddaughters, 😊 they enjoy the many books that are on display.

I was there Thursday evening 9/17/26. They had nice music playing - chilling and soothing atmosphere. My wife and I ordered a crab cake sandwich , a burger and some sweet potato fries. OMG - The crab cake and the sweet potato fries tasted like they were both fried in the same stale oil - the fries were burnt and the greasiest I have ever had with chunks of burnt food likely from last week sticking to them. I think they used oil to fry them that was in the frying pan for months...... Very bad food tonight!!!!! Perhaps it was just a bad night or perhaps the cook was on something.... Bad food.....Careful. My wife said the bun that her burger was on was fresh.....

Slowest place in the planet. I forget or think something has changed every six months and end up waiting for 30 mins for fries or a hotdog Carlson- hire legit short order cooks. You are in prime location and I avoid you
