- MKmaddy k2 days ago1.0every time i order a refresher with less concentrate i receive one with less ice and if anything more concentrate. when i kindly ask the employees to make it, they are very rude and give me rude looks. i work at a dunkin, and i know that these are the simplest drinks to make and mahbe the new kids are not being taught properly. i cannot have this much caffeine or sugar. please fix this.

During my visit, the employee I interacted with, Riley, came across as unfriendly and barely acknowledged me. When I asked a simple question about my order, the response felt dismissive, and the entire interaction seemed rushed, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I understand everyone can have an off day, but customer service is an important part of the experience, and this visit left a negative impression. I hope management addresses situations like this so customers feel welcomed and respected.

On multiple occasions, an employee named Riley has made me feel unwelcome, rushed, and dismissed while placing my order. Today's visit was the worst of all. What made it especially alarming was that the treatment I received was noticeably different from how other customers were served. As a person of color, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsafe and that is not something I take lightly or say without reason. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage other POC customers to be aware of my experience before visiting. I urge management to take this seriously and address Riley's behavior before more customers are made to feel this way.

The worker that took my order came across very judgemental about my question, and made me feel like I was stupid. Not only that but they forgot my donut, and nobody acknowledged me when I tried to ask about its status. I did get a self serve coffee though, and it was great!
