I understand everyone can have an off day, but customer service is an important part of the experience, and this visit left a negative impression. I hope management addresses situations like this so customers feel welcomed and respected.

On multiple occasions, an employee named Riley has made me feel unwelcome, rushed, and dismissed while placing my order. Today's visit was the worst of all. What made it especially alarming was that the treatment I received was noticeably different from how other customers were served. As a person of color, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsafe and that is not something I take lightly or say without reason. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage other POC customers to be aware of my experience before visiting. I urge management to take this seriously and address Riley's behavior before more customers are made to feel this way.
