However, during my visit on September 4th, 2026 between approximately 4:30 and 5:15 PM, I encountered an unprofessional situation with one of the attendants. The food is displayed in a glass case, which is accessible to the staff but not to customers. While I was trying to point out an item from a distance, the attendant rudely told me not to point. It was surprising to me, as I’ve never experienced such a reaction before. Despite his behavior, I remained polite and suggested that perhaps we could continue another time, recognizing that he might have been having a bad day. I genuinely believe QDOBA is a great place to eat, and I hope my future visits are free from similar encounters. I look forward to returning, but I would appreciate a more professional attitude from the staff.

The worker Alexander told me to take it down a notch and be quieter when I didn’t even scream or do anything of that such. So rude and unnecessary. Immediately walked out and would never come back here or any Qdoba if they have people like that working at the front absolutely unbelievable was excited to try for my first time, but will never return to any franchisees. These people must be trained to have respect and only that. Horrible. Who says that to a customer ordering food? He said “i need you to be quieter while ordering”. Excuse me??? I hope cameras are being checked to see this happen. I WILL NEVER RETYRN TO ANY QDOBA
