  I’ve been going here for quite a while, and last 2 months or so they have been super skimpy with their portions, especially chicken. I don’t see myself going to this specific location as much anymore, and there are definitely better options in the area. As always though wish them the best.

  Been eating here almost everyday for a while but noticed recently the service and the portions have just been awful. Order on the app and pick up to find the bowls barely halfway full. Once sat in the drive thru for 45 mins and didnt move at all...not sure what changed recently but it seems to always be a miss with this place. I will be going to Bubbakoos from now on

  Shoutout to Asa ,John, the GM (I think) and the girl with red hair because they were an absolute pleasure! So kind and great energy even during the rush! Great crew would love to have a team like this one! Very lucky!!!

  Horrible experience. I placed my order online for drive thru pick up. I waited over a half hour for my food and items ended up being out of stock. The store is not properly managed. For how much the food costs it should be a smoother process.

  The inconsistency at Chipotle in Manahawkin is unreal! Sometimes you get something one way, and the next time you go in, you’re told something completely different. I have an extremely picky eater who literally only eats two cheese-only quesadillas with a side of white rice, no meat, no beans, nothing else. Sometimes they charge me for one kids meal, and other times they try to charge me for two. How does that make sense? He’s getting one of the three sides filled with white rice and cheese-only quesadillas instead of the two sides of meat that would normally come with the meal. He isn’t getting extra meat, beans, or anything else. In fact, we used to be able to substitute another cheese quesadilla, and now we’re told we can’t. Meanwhile, if I order a bowl, I can ask for significantly more rice and meat and still pay the same price. I actually tested this just to make sure my theory was correct, and it was. I’m not asking for something unreasonable. I’m asking for some common sense and reasonable accommodation for a child who is extremely limited in what he will eat. Why should I have to pay for two meals when he’s not even receiving a full meal’s worth of the food? Chipotle needs to get some consistency between employees and learn how to accommodate customers within reason when it actually makes sense. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the Manahawkin location. Poor customer service, inconsistent policies, and honestly, it feels like a rip-off.
