  Wow, I can’t believe how small the portions are! I had got a bowl from this place 6 months ago, and the portions were decent. Not anymore. Definitely won’t be back!

  The inconsistency at Chipotle in Manahawkin is unreal! Sometimes you get something one way, and the next time you go in, you’re told something completely different. I have an extremely picky eater who literally only eats two cheese-only quesadillas with a side of white rice, no meat, no beans, nothing else. Sometimes they charge me for one kids meal, and other times they try to charge me for two. How does that make sense? He’s getting one of the three sides filled with white rice and cheese-only quesadillas instead of the two sides of meat that would normally come with the meal. He isn’t getting extra meat, beans, or anything else. In fact, we used to be able to substitute another cheese quesadilla, and now we’re told we can’t. Meanwhile, if I order a bowl, I can ask for significantly more rice and meat and still pay the same price. I actually tested this just to make sure my theory was correct, and it was. I’m not asking for something unreasonable. I’m asking for some common sense and reasonable accommodation for a child who is extremely limited in what he will eat. Why should I have to pay for two meals when he’s not even receiving a full meal’s worth of the food? Chipotle needs to get some consistency between employees and learn how to accommodate customers within reason when it actually makes sense. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the Manahawkin location. Poor customer service, inconsistent policies, and honestly, it feels like a rip-off.

  I used to go here every day and tried to go back but within the last 2-3 months this place has gone down hill. I dont know if management changed or what but the service, portions, and friendliness have gone out the window.

  Ordered a bowl and burrito online, said it was ready, I get to the window and they say “we’re out of your protein you chose for both” so I asked to refunded. The lady tells me she can’t help me and to do it on the app…the app won’t refund me so I had to drive back, go inside where she continued to tell me she couldn’t refund me then I had them call the manager who came and refunded me in 20 seconds…ridiculous.

  So I go in one day the workers already super rude. It’s not even that busy and the worker is being rude. I’m just trying to order my bowl and he’s he’s giving me a horrible attitude the whole time I’m trying to be nice trying to start up a conversation and he’s just being rude and doesn’t even get me the side that I asked for then I ordered through Grubhub and it was horrible like I ordered a bowl with honey rice beans, lettuce you know your regular Chipotle bowl and it was barely filled at all not even your regular portion size I didn’t ask for anything extra. I wanted a regular one and it looks like way less. now I’m upset so thank you Chipotle. Also didn’t include utensils at all.
