- AHAnnette HudsonAug 15, 20261.0This is possibly the worst grocery store I have ever shopped in. High prices, surly employees, dirty, and to top it off, no bags. If you don’t have your own bags you have to put everything back loose into the cart and load it in your car. I will never go back there unless I’m truly desperate
- DDDCVAug 15, 20261.0During my recent visit, the store was noticeably dirty, and there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the store. I was surprised and disappointed by the condition of the store, as I would expect a clean and pleasant environment when food shopping. It's a shame how this location has drastically declined over the past year. We love coming to this location because it is very close to BHW. I contacted ACME management and hope to see improvements soon!

- AMAriana MatiasJun 22, 20261.0The deli Acme employee that assisted me Sunday June 21st (Fathers Day) was absolutely horrific. I have never been more flabbergasted to see how rudely an employee could treat a customer. I walked up to the deli at approximately 8:10pm (they close at 9pm) I had a DoorDash order but saw they had cleaned up and put everything away… he was on the phone talking to someone and saw my friend and I and blatantly ignored us. We stood there for a little over a minute till he decided to get off his phone call. He said “what do you want we are closed” I expressed I had a DoorDash order and if he was going to be rude that I can cancel then explain to the customer the situation. He then had an attitude and was completely rude. He asked “what do you want?” I said I need one pound of oven roasted turkey please, he then started waving his hand in my face and goes “how much, how much” I said excuse me… 1 pound. He then was mad and proceeded to give me Honey Maple Turkey which I did not ask for. Then I had to get one more pound of the white American cheese. He had a terrible attitude the entire time, was talking underneath his breath to the employee and was just utterly rude, miserable, and more worried about his phone. Waving your hand in front of a customers face and being rude does not look good for this business. I’m flabbergasted and disappointed in such bad behavior from an employee that is supposed to have outstanding customer service.
