Made a grocery pickup this evening only to return home and find my cold cuts stranded without bread. Somehow, I was charged but the bread never made it home with me. Before reaching out, I double checked to make sure it hadn't fallen out of the bag in the car. Alas, no bread :/ I called and spoke with Natalie and explained that we were getting ready for the first day of school tomorrow and had no bread for lunch sandwiches. She apologized and asked if I could hold for the store manager. Iggy got on the line and said that there was, unfortunately, no delivery available at this time besides third party services. He asked for my address and personally took it upon himself to bring the missing bread to my door. I don't think I've ever written a review this long, but I also don't think I've ever experienced anyone going out of their way like this for a customer - a tired mom who couldn't make it back out with her child ready for bed. Iggy, thank you so much for your extraordinary kindness! Acme is very fortunate to have you on their team.
