  I ordered rice bowl with steak as a protein on my rice i was shocked to see the quantity of protein that was given to me literally i counted it was 5 pieces of steak and every one knows the size of steak chunks and i asked the employee is this the quantity you guys are serving to the customers because i literally eat chipotle every second day and it was my first time on this specific location and i never ever saw this rude behaviour and that least quantity of food served on any other location i wish i could give less tgan 1 star

  Showed up an hour and a half before closing and was told they were out of corn salsa... completely, none in the back! I get the stigma with Chipotle about making everything fresh daily and trying to limit waste considering most ingredients unused get thrown away. However, its not like I came in 5-10 minutes before closing. This has been the case the 2 times I have come to this store. Then as I was paying, I see the togo/mobile orders being made at the other station and using corn salsa.. I asked about it and was told its for to go orders only... I questioned that response saying we are all customers regardless of mobile/online and in person. If anything, customers taking the effort to come in to the restaurant, I feel should get priority, but maybe thats just me. The best part was when I asked why, instead of the employee saying something along the lines of "im sorry for the inconvenience" they proceeded to say when I saw there was no corn salsa, I had the choice to leave. Thats crazy. I've worked in the restaurant and food industry for over 15 years and Im understanding of policies and employees being bound by them. Speaking to a customer like that though, especially when you are failing to serve them what they requested is beyond me. Anyway, if you want the ingredients you want, Id say go 3 hours before closing because it seems like this store doesn't know how to project usage or understand that taking care of the customer comes first over the maybe $5 dollars it would have cost to pull out a new tin of corn salsa. I won't be going back. Love Chipotle, not this store.

  I’m personally not a big Chipotle fan, but my significant other loves it. With that said, I have to give credit where it’s due! We visited on August 8 around 4 PM, and both the food and customer service were top-notch. I brought my brother, who has disabilities, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness, patience, and overall attitude really stood out to me and made the experience special. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone working that afternoon for making our visit such a positive one!
