When I ordered a burrito without cheese they still added cheese and when I ordered a bowl to be able to tell if they added cheese they didn’t add my guacamole. This is multiple times now that my order has been ruined due to incompetence and I’m sick of it. I just wanted my comfort burrito cause I love the food here but I can’t keep doing this. Be better.

Trash is overflowing and generally it feels more of a teen hangout. They are almost always running out of something or the other - more often than not veggies. And when you ask them how long you will need to wait for veggies, they would let you absurd times like 30 minutes. It is just not what I expect for a fast food chain that charges you same as others if not more!

This meal probably had like 3 grams of protein. The portion sizes at this location is unacceptable and a joke. Won’t be going back. Very disappointing

The staff member taking my order actually flicked meat back into the container that had been sitting on the metal lid. Very unappetizing.
