  I’ve been to this location many times and never had an issue. I can say nothing but great things about ahmed, however, Sam has a horrible attitude. From the moment we came in she was uninterested. She was rude and disrespectful as our group tried to make small talk with her. Extremely uninterested and made a slick comment. after asking her to repeat herself she asked are u ordering something. After telling her I wanted to load money to the app she ignores the whole request and snaps saying what do you want. After what felt like forever to make an order she crumbles my receipt then asks if I want it after throwing it out already. Extremely disrespectful. After Ahmed noticed the situation he came up and salvaged the rest of our experience. Providing us the best hospitality as usual. After conversing with him for a while we realize that Sam is about to clock out. This shows she didn’t care about working and she only wanted to leave. Sam then tries to shove something to Ahmed which was extremely disrespectful. For a job that requires communication and hospitality. Sam provides none of it. Dunkin needs to take immediate action on this because this is a horrible look on the brand. Ahmed on the other hand, needs to be recognized for his hard work and hospitality. He needs a promotion or a raise of some kind. Because he saved what was left of this bitter experience. I look forward in seeing Ahmed soon and hope Sam was held accountable for her unacceptable behavior.

  The only reason I would recommend dunkin to a friend is because of Ahmed. But let me tell you, Sam has zero respect or etiquette. I walked into Dunkin Lyndhurst and approached Sam talking about how I think working at dunkin is cool because of a cafe setting. She looked at me and batted her eyes. Then I said how is it working here is it fun? Yet again, batted her eyes. Then I said ok I assume you don’t like me. Her response? “Yeah.” What employee says that to a customer? Then I go um ok I guess it is time to order and she goes “Ideally.” ??? She went back and forth with me disrespectfully, and if it weren’t for Ahmed my experience would’ve been terrible and I would’ve never returned to this dunkin again. Ahmed spoke to us with respect and such kind gestures as he asked if there was anything he could do for us to make it better. What is up with this disrespectful attitude from staff? I am a regular customer at Dunkin’s around NJ and this was unlike anything I’ve ever heard. Insane, disrespectful, and unethical.
