- VKVova KorotovtsevSep 30, 20261.0Whole franchise deserves a zero for how much unsuccessful visits they create when your order via their app: they are missing products your order / closing hours earlier or just in the middle of the day right as you get to the window / giving you dried out products. Every time they tell you to contact support but when you email them, weeks pass and nothing happens. When you call in the middle of their working schedule — nobody is there to pick up the phone. Then after 10 minute wait somebody picks up the phone, gives you the attitude and hangs up. For every successful experience there is 10x more time on top to fix issues with other unsuccessful ones. For 7$ cappuccino never ever I’ll come back

After waiting two or three minutes for someone to come on the intercom for the drive-through, I pull up to the window and the girl is telling me they're closed. So I asked don't you close at 8 PM? Her response was I said we're closed. So again I asked, don't you close at 8 PM her reply was originally we close at 9 PM but today we're closing earlier.... Can't believe she tried to have the nerve to have an attitude Because I came to the drive-through during business hours. Should update online correct hours
