Instead, I received a half-empty, messy cup filled with an unrecognizable liquid and strange toppings that looked like leftovers (see actual photos vs. advertisement). It was repulsive and not edible. When I confronted the staff, the female employee was extremely rude, hostile, and argumentative. She flat-out refused to fix the mistake or provide a refund. Her lack of professionalism is shocking for a brand like Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins. I have already filed a police report (Case Number included in my formal claim) and will be filing a fraud complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and my bank to get my $11.59 back. This location is a scam—save your money and stay away!"

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
