  some of the best Italian I’ve ever tried..! It’s very very needed to stop by if you’re in town it’s excellent service and food and the place was just so so cozy. I recommend the make your own pasta it tastes just like Italy!!

  Amazing food and the owner was so sweet. I’ve tried a lot of gnocchi and this stood out, you could tell everything was made fresh. Also, the fluffiest homemade tiramisu!

  Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the circumstances. I ordered dinner from Pasta Flavio as a special meal for my wife after she had just delivered our baby - we were staying overnight at Barnabas up the street. I placed the order in advance and received a confirmation email. When I arrived to pick it up, the woman working there acted as though they had absolutely no record of the order, despite me literally having the confirmation. She told me to wait 10 minutes and they would make it. Fine. I waited. About 15 minutes later, she called me over — not because the food was ready, but to tell me to pay. At that point, I said I’d prefer to wait until the food was actually ready before paying, considering they had already somehow lost a confirmed order and I didn’t want to get burned twice. Eventually she took my card without even telling me the total. No apology for losing the order. No acknowledgment that I’d been standing there waiting because of their mistake. No “sorry for the inconvenience.” Nothing. Mistakes happen. Losing an order isn’t even what bothered me most. It was the complete lack of accountability or basic customer service afterward. Of all nights, I was just trying to bring my wife a nice dinner after she delivered our baby. Instead, Pasta Flavio turned what should have been a simple pickup into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Based on how this was handled, I absolutely would not recommend them.
