  People at cars act as if they don't want customers. Nobody greets when you go in. Leena S my server had a straight face and didn't want to respond or even interact . Cook shook his head a few times after seeing my order. Food was awful. I saw Leena S pickup onion rings dropped in the sink into the bag so those goes to trash. Chicken patty was raw in my classis chicken sandwich. It was a waste of $17. I would urge CARS management to review the video from 6th May between 6-7 pm EST if anyone monitors or cares at all.

  I came here to try the Philly cheesesteak, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcome. The cashier seemed to be in a bad mood and not friendly at all. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak very crispy , and it was given to me without what I asked for. I also said I would be eating there, but they packed it to go anyway. On top of that, I ordered a Diet Coke and was told to order it separately after… which made no sense. Overall, poor service and attention to detail. I won’t be coming back.

  I ordered the double burger and the wings, and they both were delectable. The burger was delicious, especially with the jalapeño slices I added. The wings were perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The staff were very nice and caring. They were very conscientious about my nut allergy, as well. The atmosphere is great, I love the layout of the establishment. This place deserves more customers. I love how all the FAT sandwiches are named after cars, which is what the restaurant is named. Very clever

  I really wanted to like this place, and I sort of do, but the cheesesteaks are a big disappointment. I like to support local small businesses. Its a nice looking restaurant, and the staff was very nice. The bone in wings were good. I asked for well done, they came out crispy as expected, sauces were good, I would recommend the wings for sure . I have had a burgers on many visits, always very good and served on a delicious tasty roll... Way better than Shake Shak, just sayin... Back to the cheesesteak. The roll is not a good roll for a cheesesteak, sort of crunchy, not stale, but a little flaky, as if it was toasted, but it wasn't. The meat quality and quantity was a disappointment, sort of like the frozen wafer thin sheets from a supermarket, "steak umm" ?? all minced up on the grill... It is certainly not a fresh shaved ribeye, which is the starting point of a great cheesesteak ... The owners should try a cheesesteak from Cheesesteaks in Kenilworth, or Bob's O's in Ridgefield Park... i was hoping for a closer option for a great steak, as I am a local guy, but the cheesesteak at Cars, falls way short... Hopefully the owners can try a real steak and upgrade the steak and roll... maybe they were trying to hit a certain price point with the current offering?? yes, good ingredients cost more, so, charge accordingly, that is fine.. provided the Cheesesteak is first class, not like Arby's or a fast food chain restaurant type... i will return for wings and burgers, and will watch for an upgrade to the cheesesteak!!

  Wife and me stopped in last week, food was tasty came quick but expensive. We had to refund the sweet potato fries because it was too much for too little fries. Ethan the manager was very understanding didn't give us a hassle about it
