  After my first experience with the store on Monday, I thought about reviewing them, but I didn’t because I thought maybe somebody was just having a bad day. Today I realized that they genuinely just don’t care about the drivers that come in their store or the customers that they serve. On Monday, I came in to pick up an order for a customer that got a Dr Pepper in their order. I walked back in the store once I realized to tell them that they gave me the wrong drink and that they need to swap it out and the manager who was in a rush to leave told me to just hand it out like that and I said I can’t because it’s not what the customer wanted and he said “well I already shut off the fountain and then I need to lock up,” then proceeded to lock the door and walk away. I let the customer know what was said and let him know that if he wants a refund, he can go through the app to try and get it for the drink being incorrect. Today, I received another pick up order from the same location and walked in to find out from the cashier that they had given the order. I was there to pick up to a different customer who was not supposed to receive that order. When I asked them if they can make the order so that I can serve this guest so that they don’t have two guests that are either not getting their food or getting the wrong food, I was told that they can’t remake it because they are trying to close the store. I’ve worked in the food industry for a very long time, and I have never seen this form of blatant negligence, and quite frankly childishness. I will never eat at this location, and I pray to God that anybody reading this review knows a member of higher management that can deal with this team accordingly. This is absolutely disgraceful service and the fact that they were so willing to let three different customers down within just two days apart is absolutely disgusting to me.

  The best and most consistent wingstop! We tried their Cajun corn for the first time and it was excellent.
