  I cannot believe this location is still open in 2026. My recent drive-thru experience here was not just bad service — it was outright dangerous and borderline assault. After being overcharged on my order, I calmly told the employee at the window. Instead of apologizing or fixing it like any normal business would, they threw my scalding hot coffee back into my car. The lid came off or they deliberately launched it — either way, piping hot liquid exploded all over my lap and thighs. The searing, burning pain hit instantly. My skin was scalded. I’m still dealing with the aftermath of painful burns on my thighs from this completely avoidable nightmare. This isn’t “oops, drive-thru mistake.” This is hostile, negligent, and unsafe behavior from employees who clearly have zero training, zero supervision, and zero respect for customers. The fact that management allows this kind of retaliation when someone simply points out an overcharge tells you everything you need to know about the toxic culture at this location. How is this franchise still operating? The service is consistently atrocious, the staff attitude is hostile, and now they’re literally injuring people. Dunkin’ corporate — if you’re reading this, shut this location down or force the ownership to sell to someone who actually knows how to run a business. Better yet, sell the property and put an In-N-Out Burger here. Anything would be an improvement over this hazardous dump. Do not go to the Little Ferry Route 46 Dunkin’. Your money, your time, and your physical safety are not worth the risk. I will never return, and I’m warning everyone I know to stay far away. 1 star — and that’s being generous.

  Drive thru attendant was difficult to communicate with. I ordered powdered and chocolate Munckins midday. They were STALE and had no flavor. High prices and poor quality food.

  “This was easily one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. Delays were constant, communication was unclear, and expectations were repeatedly missed. What should have been straightforward turned into a drawn-out process with little accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or efficiency.”& it was mostly the Gentlemen with the dreads everyone else is nice. YES this is a Chat GPT response does not deserve it all

  I went and they close half an hour early, and the app says they close at ten; they don't respect the opening hours properly.
