  Orders are never made correctly, drinks are always wrong and toast is never toasted, food quality is terrible, wait times are long, pricing is incorrect or inconsistent, there are panhandlers loitering out front, the staff doesn’t read the orders back or confirm orders and they make you pull up to wait for your orders and the staff is rude and argumentative to customers about correcting the orders.

  The Dunking Donuts in Mattstown in Little Egg Harbor is uncomfortable and I am not returning because the workers keep on banging for tips, don’t they get paid already? It’s embarrassing for the company and the tip option on the pad should go away, they are better off with the tip jar when people are happy about their services they will tip, stop asking for it people are paying too much for their coffee, if Company is not paying enough find a different job.

  Hate to say it but this place went downhill pretty quickly. I went the other day and did not get the drinks I ordered, but accidents happen and it wasnt like the drinks I got were something I disliked so I took them and didnt give them any trouble about it. I went back today to see if i could get my frozen matcha, and this time i did...but it took way longer than it should for 2 of the same small size drink and by the time I recieved them they were melted. I was the only one at the drive-thru when I ordered. I dont blame the staff because I see a lot of new faces and think that its a matter needing to give them more training, supervision, or staffing. Also I dont blame staff for this either because it happens, but I have to mention that the lid on my drink was not pushed on all the way if youre wondering why its so low. Yeahhh its all over my cup holder now.

  Been here a few times and they are always out of items and usually early in the day. It's unbelievable that this is a new location n is constantly poorly stocked. Very clean n friendly staff but a rather useless Dunkin. Super disappointed. Tried going back a diff day n giving another chance but it was closed at 7 even tho it says open til 8. This Dunkin just straight sucks. Avoid it if you can.
