  I placed an order online they no longer had the food item in stock. They asked me if I would like to replace it with anything else I said no thank you can I just have a refund for that food item and they would not issue the refund. How can you not refund a customer if YOU do not have the item?

  We love Dunkin! This Dunkin has very friendly, happy helpful staff. The store is always clean. Lia is always there to greet you with a smile and has your coffee ready and kind words!! Loving our new Dunkin! 💕

  I work near the Smithville Dunkin, I do not go there because the staff is so rude and drinks are never consistent. I received a gift card from work so I drove all the way there to the new LEH one on my lunch break to get a coffee actually made right. The woman was very sweet but did not give me cold foam. I didn’t realize until after I pulled away and did not have time to go back. It’d be one thing if y’all didn’t charge an extra .80 on top of a drink that’s already $5+, my only relief is that I didn’t waste my own money as it was a gift card. What a disappointment.
