  We love Dunkin! This Dunkin has very friendly, happy helpful staff. The store is always clean. Lia is always there to greet you with a smile and has your coffee ready and kind words!! Loving our new Dunkin! 💕

  I work near the Smithville Dunkin, I do not go there because the staff is so rude and drinks are never consistent. I received a gift card from work so I drove all the way there to the new LEH one on my lunch break to get a coffee actually made right. The woman was very sweet but did not give me cold foam. I didn’t realize until after I pulled away and did not have time to go back. It’d be one thing if y’all didn’t charge an extra .80 on top of a drink that’s already $5+, my only relief is that I didn’t waste my own money as it was a gift card. What a disappointment.

  To charge so much now for a coffee $6+. The quality is terrible! Do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of town. I should not be putting 1 cream and the coffee come back Milky white. I go to the original Dunkin no problem. I live so close it’s such a same this place is such bad quality.
