It's a disaster, the order was supposed to be ready at 4:45 pm and it's 5:45 pm and it's still not a failure.

If an order is placed for a certain time it needs to arrive within 5min of that time some people are on scheduled breaks. Plus the food was already cool by the time it was delivered.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. My pizza had been marked as “on its way” for quite a while, so I called to ask for an update. Before speaking with someone, the automated assistant informed me that the store was running behind on orders. Since I live only two blocks away and wasn’t provided with any delivery tracking, I simply asked if I could pick up my order instead. The employee who answered told me I could not because the driver had already left. I politely asked when the driver had left, explaining that I live very close by and had no way to track the delivery. Instead of answering my question, he responded rudely, saying, “You’re not the only order being delivered,” and pointed out that there were still five minutes left in the original 40-minute estimate. I explained that I was only asking because the automated system had said the store was behind, but he responded with a very stern “No.” When I asked for his name, he hung up on me. I understand that restaurants get busy and delays happen—that wasn’t my issue. What was unacceptable was the dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and ending the call by hanging up on a customer who was simply asking for an update. A little courtesy goes a long way

The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, he made the situation much worse with a terrible attitude. A place with this kind of leadership does not deserve my business. I will not be coming back.

Terrible customer service. I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, it wasn't even ready. When I got tired of waiting and asked to cancel my order, the manager became incredibly rude and defensive. If management treats customers this poorly, you can't expect any better from the rest of the staff. Save your time and money, avoid this location
