- PSPatti SJun 11, 20261.0I know in todays society, basic decency and respect dont always exist. I learned that is especially true at this Dunkin today. I am 9 months pregnant and tripped over the sidewalk/ramp near the front door. I fell pretty hard, scraping both knees, ankles, and hands to prevent myself from falling on the baby. As I got up and slowly made my way inside, very obviously bleeding, not one employee (there were 3 behind the counter) asked if I was okay. There is no way they did not see me fall as this happened directly in front of the door. I had to ask for napkins to which one of the girls working pointed out were in the corner. There was 1 person waiting for their drink so its not like they were busy and couldn't check to make sure that I did not need any assistance. I'm disappointed and disgusted at the lack of decency and have already reached out to corporate as well. I will NEVER visit this location again.

Then if you ask for a manager there none on duty, which is very bad business. How do you not have at least one manager on duty or someone who can use there card to give a refund. I have to come back the next day to get a refund which is very inconvenient and will cost me money. waste of my time

You repeat the same thing twice, she doesn't understand or pretends not to. Not to mention the movements and the way she looks when the next customer comes in. She repels customers more than she attracts them. Her behavior makes it clear she's being punished at work. She's a real failure.

It was about 1pm, there were only two people working the front counters with a long line of customers. I waited 5 minutes and left after no one greeted me or took my order.
