- RKRichard K1 day ago4.0I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while in the mornings and it has gotten better than before. I did realize that there has been a new employee with who talks at the window and takes my order, who is kind welcoming and smiles, before when I came here the other girl that I seen was rude, and rushed me to order always looking cold and annoyed. I feel like the food and atmosphere is a lot better when I order, when someone starts with a good morning, thank you and asks if you need anything before leaving does make your day and meal better, I recommend this Dunkin especially with the new changes. I just recommend that the food gets cooked completely and I do think that you can get some more people, when I go there is always a line and it seems like the person at the window has to take money and do orders which makes it take longer when I go to pay

He looked at me and said the order is being made....I really can't with the lack of urgency and customer service skills these people have .I wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me to!!!

Instead, they told me they would give me a discount the next day for the inconvenience. I came back the next day, and of course, they didn’t honor that either. So I was charged twice, refused a refund, given a promise to make it right, and then that promise was ignored. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. If you can’t even fix a simple double charge or honor what your employees tell customers, you clearly don’t care about customer service. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin. What a joke
