- WPWellington PorfirioApr 14, 20261.0I have always liked this store, until this morning when I was treated very poorly by a cashier (I believe her name is Catly or Caty, I’m not exactly sure). Today, April 14th, around 7:35 AM, there was only one register open (the light was on), and the employee was standing at the checkout. I approached the register and started placing my items on the belt. When she arrived, I said “good morning,” but she didn’t even acknowledge me. She noticed that I had my phone in my hand (I am an Instacart shopper), and from that moment on, her behavior became extremely rude. She raised her voice at me and was visibly aggressive, especially for that early in the morning. At one point, she stated that I was not a customer, and referred to me as “a DoorDash.” After leaving the register, I went to customer service, but it was closed. The same employee came over and asked what I needed. I told her I wanted to file a complaint about her behavior. She simply looked at me and said, “The manager won’t be here for another hour,” and walked away laughing. I felt extremely embarrassed. I was also there working, serving a customer of your store — someone who could not be there in person. Instacart shoppers and DoorDash drivers are also customers. Employees need to stop treating us as if we are an inconvenience or an extra burden. This experience was very disappointing. ACME LINCROFT
