- AFAngelina FloresApr 23, 20261.0Used to be a good Dunkin but now I go to other ones. I only go here now if I really am craving a coffee since it’s closer. It is bad especially at night they do not know how to make orders. I’m lucky if they actually answer me at the intercom. I usually wait minutes asking politely for someone when there is no one in line. At that point I just go up to the window to order. I’ve seen the workers argue with each other for minutes while waiting for my order multiple times. They give very cold coffee not ever hot at all and watered down. Gave me lemonade when I ordered an iced tea lemonade but sometimes I just take it and go because when I ask for anything to be remade they always give me dirty looks and it takes them double the time ti remake. So glad we are getting a new local coffee shop in Lincoln park. I won’t spend anymore money here definitely. The Dunkin on 46 is good though!

Then someone walked in behind me and was personally told the system was down and only drive-through orders were being accepted. No one bothered to inform me or the woman in front of me, so we kept waiting assuming we would be the last customers to still be helped. After wasting even more time, we were finally told we couldn’t order and had to go through the drive-through. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, nothing—despite the fact that we had already been waiting and watched them manage to serve others. Instead, we were rudely dismissed with, “You don’t understand, just use the drive-through, it’s easy.” Unprofessional and disrespectful
