I placed an order through the app 10 minutes before arriving as they are notoriously slow. Pull up to the speaker and before i get a word out I hear a jumbled statement and when I ask him to repeat himself he yells “PULL UP MAAM”. I pull up and lo and behold my order was ever started. A simple refresher and 2 donuts. They come back with the refresher (made incorrectly mind you) and when I ask about the donuts they say they don’t have them and to pick a different one. I say I don’t want to pick a different one and ask for a refund. I was told they could not do a refund bc there was no manager. He tells me to pull around to the drive through again and had there been someone behind me I would’ve agreed. He closes the window and is on the phone and asks me for my receipt. Is how him the missing items in the app and he asks me for my card. I told him it’s Apple Pay and he keeps asking for a card. He eventually starts yelling at me and you’d think asking for a refund was the most u reasonable request. He takes my phone again.. says “its done” and roughly gives my phone back and walks away. You don’t ever expect quality service at at Dunkin but this was next level bad. Not worth your time or you money to be treated this way.

- AFAngelina FloresApr 23, 20261.0Used to be a good Dunkin but now I go to other ones. I only go here now if I really am craving a coffee since it’s closer. It is bad especially at night they do not know how to make orders. I’m lucky if they actually answer me at the intercom. I usually wait minutes asking politely for someone when there is no one in line. At that point I just go up to the window to order. I’ve seen the workers argue with each other for minutes while waiting for my order multiple times. They give very cold coffee not ever hot at all and watered down. Gave me lemonade when I ordered an iced tea lemonade but sometimes I just take it and go because when I ask for anything to be remade they always give me dirty looks and it takes them double the time ti remake. So glad we are getting a new local coffee shop in Lincoln park. I won’t spend anymore money here definitely. The Dunkin on 46 is good though!
