- JRJoel Rivas3 days ago1.0Deliveries are always incomplete - if I order a Coke and they are out of Cokes I still get charged but the driver shows up empty-handed, instead of someone calling me and offering a substitute. Obviously the drivers don’t care and just tell me to call the store and ask for a $3 refund. They never include the icing with the cinnamon bites, never! The whole point of cinnamon bites is the icing and they just can’t put 2 and 2 together and include it with every order of cinnamon bites. I’m tired of asking for refunds for incomplete orders, I don’t need the $3, I want what I paid for! If I go to the store and attempt to pick up my order, I have to go through every box before I leave the store and then they get mad when I ask for my missing soda or missing icing for the cinnamon bites. The folks at the store always look like they just found out their significant other is cheating on them - always upset and irritable, especially the female manager. Several times the same driver has left my delivery at my neighbors house and when I call the store they get upset because I didn’t cross the street to ask my neighbor if they have my food. Then there’s the quality of the food, but alas I digress.

Truly truly truly they need to change this star rating they need to have negative stars because they don't even deserve that one star rating it's the only thing I can leave trash service is trash
