  Went to chipotle today I will say The food is decent, but the restaurant itself is so dirty. There’s food all over the floor, the tables are unclean, and the staff come off snooty I was also being ignored for almost 5 minutes before anyone even took my order. If those things were fixed, I honestly think this would be a great place to eat.

  I remember when Chipotle was a real value. I eat at Chipotle less every year because not only are the prices rising each year but the serving size keeps getting smaller. For today’s order, the queso blanco only fills half the container. So half the chips you eat have no queso. We ordered 2 burrito bowls with double meat and all the fixings. These bowls are half full. It’s not just at this location, but all the locations I’ve been to lately are the same. The crazy part is corporate swears that they haven’t changed serving size. Management should just be honest. Btw, I also used to own CMG stock when it was really growing. During those times, Chipotle WAS a tremendous value and it drove sales and growth. Maybe now that the stock stopped doing so well, the company is trying to improve margins by skimping on servings. Good luck to you but I’ll take go elsewhere with my dining and investment choices

  Poor customer service. I was not greeted in a friendly manner. Noone smiled or appeared to be happy to assist me or even be there. Complete waste of time and money

  Haven't been here in a while because the last few times that we were here the food went downhill...we were kind of craving Chipotle tonight after grocery shopping so we decided to both get bowls..they were OK but could have been better! They hardly gave my husband that much chicken and some of my chicken was tough and fatty...they also charge extra for queso sauce..

  This place used to be trendy. But they have definitely gone downhill. I'm done going there. The prices are a bit on the high side and it's difficult to know how much the add-ons are. The servings have gotten skimpy while the prices have gone up. The last meal I got there was so spicy I couldn't finish it. Honestly, it's not a great value and the food is somewhere between meh and bad. There are so many better options out there that we won't be going back.
