Walk into the coffee shop just trying to get a simple iced coffee and somehow it turns into a whole ordeal because apparently asking for light ice is the most confusing request in the world. Girl taking my order keeps looking back at her coworkers laughing while I’m literally standing there repeating myself, then hands me a cup that’s practically all ice and acts like I’m the problem when I politely ask if it can be remade. Manager comes over with that fake smile and immediately starts defending the drink before even asking what happened, saying “that’s just how we make them,” even though I’ve ordered the exact same thing there dozens of times without any issue. Funny how everyone suddenly knows the policy only after they mess up. Then I wait another ten minutes while people who came in after me somehow get their drinks first, and nobody says a single word to me. Not a “sorry for the wait,” not “we’re working on it,” nothing. One employee literally makes eye contact with me three or four times and keeps wiping the same counter over and over instead of asking if I needed anything. It’s almost impressive how invisible they managed to make a paying customer feel. What really gets me is how nobody wanted to take even the smallest bit of responsibility. Every person had an excuse, every person pointed at someone else, and somehow I leave feeling like I’m inconveniencing them because I expected the order I actually paid for. It’s not about the coffee at that point—it’s about basic customer service and treating people with a little respect instead of acting annoyed the second someone asks a question. Maybe they were having an off day, who knows, but first impressions matter, and if this is how customers are treated over something as simple as a drink, I can’t imagine how they’d handle an actual problem. There are plenty of coffee shops within five minutes of this place, and I’d rather spend my money somewhere that at least acknowledges you exist instead of making you feel like asking for what you ordered is somehow asking for the impossible.

The older lady is so mean! mean to the young girl she seemed to be training and mean to the customers. She needs better customer service skills! Spent almost 8 dollars on an ice coffee and it was not good at all.
