  I had a very disappointing experience today. I placed my order through my phone, but the service was delayed because the employee was busy cleaning the restrooms. While she was very polite, she served our food at the counter wearing the same vest she used while cleaning and mopping the bathroom, which is a major hygiene concern. Additionally, I watched the cashier grab an ice cream cone that broke; he immediately put it in his mouth and ate it right there behind the counter. To top it off, the burger was incredibly salty nearly inedible from the first bite. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I won't be returning.

  Staff at both windows this morning were much more friendly and professional than the last time i was there (a month or two ago).

  Terrible attitude karen at the drive thru on easter sunday was frustated that I wanted an extra dipping sauce for my nuggets that she completely ignored the rest of my order. Should have knew when the total was cheap but thought I heard mcdonalds was dialing back prices. Not bothering going back out. This is whats wrong with the world. Everyone has a bad attitude. I dont care about an extra $.30 charge for dipping sauce if not I wouldnt have asked for it. But I do care that she was too busy enforcing that rule to hear the rest of my order.

  We could see 5 employees through the drive through window and there wasn't another car in the lot. They still managed to not put a third of the order in the bag. Contacted corporate and they said they were sending the complaint back to the store. Not expecting much if this is the best that crew can do with a single customer. 🤦
